Once you are registered you are able to post your Property free of charge.

Our team will then check your form submission and clear it to go live.

From your personal, Dashboard / My Account you are able to keep a track of your lisings

PRICING FOR ADVERTISING

We accept your first listing free of charge with no processing costs. After this there will be a small processing fee based on quantity of listings. By advertising with Beesmart Properties.es you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. We only charge commision if we find you a buyer and complete the sale. These commissions are laid out in the terms and conditions. Rates as follows :- Private sellers 5 % - Agents 2.5 %
